Woodrow Harris Crenshaw was born on August 30, 1913, in Fluvanna County, Virginia; he was the son of James Augustus Crenshaw (1882-1975) and Nellie Eva (Glass) Crenshaw (1892-1976).  Woodrow married Carlie Ellabud Dillon on October 30, 1952, in Martinsville, Virginia.  Woodrow passed away on March 26, 2004, in Henry, Virginia; he is buried at Roselawn Burial Park in Martinsville, VA.
