Richard Franklin "Frank" Easton was born on October 4, 1921, in Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Virginia; he was the son of William Wallace Easton (1882-1945) and Beulah Vista (Clements) Easton (1894-1977).  Richard Franklin Easton passed away on September 25, 1989, in Broward, Florida.
