Frayser Caldwell White was born on December 5, 1910, in Fork Union, Fluvanna County, Virginia; he was the son of Frayser Francis White (1895-1924) and Ann E. (Salmon) White (1876-1962).  After WWII, Frayser returned to Fluvanna County, and he married Annie Regina Payne in Buckingham County, Virginia.  Frayser passed away on February 17, 1968, in Scottsville, Virginia, and he is buried at Scottsville Cemetery in Scottsville.
